Okay, so I made the mistake of taking off my shoes before leaving the race. I needed some way to get into the house from the car without getting scorched from the blacktop driveway. My shoes wouldn't fit, so.....I wrapped a towel and bags around each foot. Not the prettiest, but hey, it worked :-)
