"The have moved most of it to Fort Lee but as you can see, there are some left to move. The good news is that if I move to Camp Lejeune next year I'll be pretty close to Ft. Lee. I will be a heck of a lot closer than Aberdeen is to Lejeune, in any case!"
Todd O'Brien
"I thought they moved all this to Ft. Lee in Virginia?

I am still kicking myself for not parking my 18 wheeler when I delivered there and touring the museum..."
Mark Lopiccola
"They have moved a lot to Ft Lee in Viginia. Although that didn't allow me to see them all there are a couple of good things about it. With the rain and my schedule, I wouldn't have been able to see them all, which may have been worse - to be so close and not see them all. Also, because they will be in southern Va, they will be closer to Camp Lejeune, where I hope to be stationed next."
Todd O'Brien
"Todd, I heard they were moving the whole collection to Va. how much stuff is still left at this location?? Some pretty good shots even with the rain."
Charles Maxim
"Thanks man!"
Todd O'Brien
"Italieri and 1/48th. This was completed in a couple of days for a friend. I was instructing him on the ways of the model, but ran out of time and finished it myself. I was finishing up the school I was attending in Quantico and was about to move back to Albany. For a rush job, it turned out pretty good."
Todd O'Brien
"Todd, nice job. Who's it made by and what scale??"
Charles Maxim
"Absolutely crazy, bro. I just don't have the patience or detail-oriented capabilities you have in such abundance. Very impressive."
John O'Brien
"this made me laugh"
John O'Brien
"Nicely done, brother mine. Impressive work."
John O'Brien
"Crap! I just saw that his has gotten 2223 views as of November of 2011."
Todd O'Brien
"I have been on the North Carolina (in Wilmington, NC) which is one of the reasons I was drawn to this project. It currently only has one of its catapults (port side), but it does have the Kingfisher on it. It is only one of about 8 or so left. As for display? For the amount of work, my wife may actually allow it amongst her Willow Tree figurines - but that remains to be seen!"
Todd O'Brien
"Todd, great job, very nice. My wife and I visited the USS Massachusetts this past summer, the scout planes were of course not there.Too bad. The cool part was how big those guns were.HOLY COW!! How do you plan on displaying this beauty??"
