Dillon Dam - 05-03-09 (Originals vs. Raw tweaks)
A shot by shot comparison between the almost useless originals and their reinvention via raw settings. I.E. Why I only shoot in RAW. Also of note: All of the modified photos here use a linear tonal curve, as I find this tends to bring out a lot more depth to the color and more detail in the gritty character. This doesn't always make things better, but it has a tendency to give things a surreal look, and I like what it did here so I kept it.
