Ito, Japan
This is a 2 days trip to Ito area (伊東市) near to Yokohama, Japan. It was organized by the university. We stayed overnight in a Japanese style hotel, took bath in hot-spring (温泉), ate Japanese food and then on the next day (i.e. today), we went to see a temple, a waterfall, and then went to eat strawberry (eat as many as you can in 30 min). However, we were full within 10 minutes only. The strawberry was relatively big and sweet also. Well, the temple was very interesting. In 1850s, when the first American guy, named Harris, had come to Japan, he had landed in that city and when he had got sick, he was taken care of by a Japanese geisha (芸者) in that temple. The geisha was only 17 year old that time. Anyway, after she came in contact with Harris, she became habituated of alcoholic drinks which later on lead her to commit suicide.
