55mm Coach bolt and 60mm M8 bolt. Small chunck of mini hacksaw blade.
Slots cut into blot heads allow the blade to be used as reinforcement
Soldering on a cooker hotplate - try 1. soldered at an angle.
Use a nut on each end to align the pieces properly.
A couple of spring tweezers help the joint to form correctly by helping align the surfaces.

Top plate on roller gude broke, so replaced with the bottom plate.
