Frank Jou's Memorial Service (追悼會)

Frank Jou's Memorial Service (追悼會). Frank Jou (周肇初) was the founding president of New Asia College Alumni Association in Northern California. He was also active in the OAACUHK(N.Cal) affairs. His wife Ivy Jou (李潔儀) was a director of the OAACUHK(N.Cal) board.

Vallego's Petaluma Adobe was once the largest private own adobe building in Northern California. It was the center for General Marlano Guadalup Vallego's 66,000-acre working rancho from 1836 to 1846. It is now California Registered Historical Landmark No. 18. The State of California obtained in 1951.
