Georgia Reading Campaign Launch
Georgia Family Connection Partnership, in conjunction with The Annie E. Casey Foundation, released a special report that identifies why reading on grade level is critical, offered recommendations to address the reading crisis in Georgia, and highlighted strategies that are already working to improve and support literacy for Georgia’s children and families. This event also launched a statewide campaign to promote reading proficiency by the end of third grade.
