Rumanian lady gipsies in groups or pairs hang around stairs and scalators of tourist areas as well as cafe terraces. They might ask you to sing up for their supposedly real Charity Institution and then ask you for a donation... Beware! It's a scam and if they can they'll also pickpocket you!
