Sant Joan de les Abadesses
One of the most important monasteries of the Catalan Pyrinees. Abesses and Abbots wrote its history, that locals have related to the legendary, law-less and damned Count Arnau.
It's quiet cloister, silent church and interesting museum will transport you back into the Middle Ages. And after that, it's worth taking a walk around the local Old Town.
