Buses and traffic stacked up northbound on 15th Ave NW.
Approaching the scene of the accident. There were at least three Medic units on scene, as well as a number of engines, police cars, ladder trucks and the Heavy Rescue Response Truck.
Medics were putting a patient into the far Medic unit as I arrived.

This white pickup was stopped at a light when the vehicle behind it was rear-ended.
This white pickup truck was stopped at the light at NW 75th facing northbound on 15th Ave NW. The black sedan behind it was rear-ended by another black sedan which was moving at a high rate of speed. Airbags in the sedan in the middle were deployed.

The middle car, hit from behind, was shoved under the back of the white pickup. I heard from a bystander that the owner of Rizzo's French Dip Sandwiches pulled a little girl out from the center car. Witnesses were amazed by the teamwork and bravery of the neighbors on both sides of 15th that ran to the aid of the victims.
