We joined our friends for an evening touring featured homes in Granbury, TX
The homes were located around the old town courtyard.
Some were decked out in period dress
to conduct the tours
The first stop was the mayor's house
but we had to wear booties to keep from messing up their carpets.
I promise, we didn't stay long here.
On to estate gardens
where we could peek into the workshop.
The spinning an knitting guild seemed to be enjoying themselves

Home Sweet Home
Luminarias lined the paths to each front door. At one place David observed the car as we approached the front paito, "I guess this is the front Porsche."
Back at Dave and Julie's house the fish refused to pose for me.
After a lovely dinner we had a craft project
to make our own flower arrangements.
Then we had a contest
to see if the husbands
could choose which one his wife made.
On to play Wii bowling
Dr. Dave knocks them down. After a nice breakfast the next morning, we drove home in time for church.
