It was a lazy boring day until...
Haley arrived!
*squee* "Hi Haley!"
"You're early," Wendy said. "But I'm glad you're here. Come on in!"
"Where are my manners? It's nice to meet you," Wendy said, taking Haley's hand.
"Oh, come here," Haley said, offering Wendy a hug.
"Where should I put my things?"
"Oh wait! I have a present for you, Wendy," Haley said.
"Aww, what cute dolls!" Wendy exclaimed. "Blond like me. Thank you!"
Wendy called Quinn and Nicki to come right over and meet Haley.
"You look so much like my cousin," Haley said calmly to Nicki. "Yeah, I get that a lot," Nicki laughed.

"OH! Why didn't you say so?" Wendy exclaimed.

But all too soon, the morning Haley would leave came. "You got everything?" Wendy asked. "Yep, all packed," Haley replied.
The girls rounded the corner to see...
"Bon voyage, Haley!" all the girls called.
"You don't all have to see me off," Haley said graciously. "Yes we do," Nicki replied. "We want to!" Taylor added. "We're going to miss you," Quinn added softly.
Group hug.
"Bye Quinn," Haley said. "Try to keep Wendy out of trouble." "It's a big job, but I'm getting better at it," Quinn replied.
"It was so nice meeting you, Taylor. And give Wendy a while... I'm sure she'll come around to you."
"Bye Nicki," Haley said. "Take care!" "Say hi to that look alike cousin for me, huh?" Nicki joked.
"Bye Haley," Wendy said. "I'll miss you." "Goodbye Wendy. Talk to you soon!" Haley said.
"Oh, before you go, I wanted to give this to you," Quinn said, handing Haley a bracelet. "Aww, you didn't have to..." Haley began. Quinn smiled. "It's nothing."
Haley smiled. "Thank you, Quinn! I'll put it on now."
"Bye Haley!"
"Bye everyone!"
But before we left, Haley had a couple more sights to see, such as the big Bakersfield sign. (We don't have much for tourists here.)
And the lovely Crystal Palace.
Haley wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately she had a plane to catch.
In the car, I gave Haley a little present from Wendy and me.
"I'll read it on the plane. Thank you!" Haley said.
