Jake's 5th birthday cake. September 2007. He had an airplane-themed party, complete with a paper airplane contest. This cake was enormous!
Jake asked for a Mace Windu battle scene for his 6th birthday cake, September 2008. Whaaaaa? How on EARTH was I supposed to know how to do this? I did a bit of research and learned that Mace Windu is victorious over Jango Fett in the Battle of Geonesis in Episode II. The battle is in a coloseium that looks like Tattooine. That reddish desert color. So that's what I'm attempting here. This is the completed cake -- Mace Windu and Jango Fett on the upper right, with a wall of flames separating them when the candles are lit. PS: I had a brain fart: there are 5 candles in the picture here, I quickly added the 6th just before we lit the candles...
