I'm ready to take 1000 picture if this old men if he wish to continuous this hearty smile in his age of 75. when he wish to pose for my portrait, i felt his eyes were too dark and wrinkles due to his age and luckily i got bus which has body painted in green and designed with 3 little baby faces. Now these portrait has everything, if you feel eyes are too dark then look the background image of baby eyes both a same except only age.
I think i went very soon to catch my train. I saw travelers sleeping well with the hope of catching early morning first train to reach their final destination.
Selling garland is not easy with many competitors along. They will involve in attracting pilgrims to buy their garlands. He will be smiling around the clock :-) his thought always will be "If one not responce try the same smile with another". Try keep on try - great lessons we can learn from them when we are standing with them.
Annai Rickshaw - Each year in the month of September Mother Velankanni basilica in nagapattinam will have a grand feast with Flag Procession of mother velankanni. The pilgrims will carry their cycle rickshaws or motor rickshaws which will be modify in to posters of mother, garlands,flags,multicolor art work, holy cross,etc.
Has i mentioned eariler in previous picture about decorated rickshaws of mother velankanni, Here a pilgrims taking rest in the morning under the richshaw for shade after a long prayer at night.
He is Muthu age 32 lost everything unfortunately in his travel from Mangalore. He doest have anything except cloth to back to his home in Trichy. He have to spend a night in railway station to catch Guruvyur express in the morning 7:50am. he didn't find any place to sleep except a tool box kept in railway platform. while taking picture i saw is lost eyes and asked him about his story and hope he reached home safe.
