Pretty prison (?!?!?)
Wilkinson Rd Correctional Facility in Saanich (near Victoria General Hospital) is GORGEOUS. The first time I drove past it was at night in stop-&-go traffic, and I almost hit the car in front of me 'cause I was staring at this jail thinking, "That's a JAIL?!?". It really is quite stunning - especially at night when it's all lit up. Very cool, and distressing, all at the same time.
