One of the great things about touring Eastern Europe nowadays is that the train system works pretty well compared to maybe five or 10 years ago. On the "former Eastern Bloc" segment of our trip, we hit Prague (Czech Republic), Brastislava (Slovakia), Budapest (Hungary), Szeged (Hungary), and Subotica (Serbia) in only six days.
