490 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa
A vintage 1950's box'retail building was transformed into inviting retail and office tenant spaces. The project included 10,000 of additional space within the original building shell, and new interior circulation around a two story lobby. The project won a citation from Santa Rosa City Supervisors for Community Enrichment
