Ohm Walsh 5000 Speakers
Various examples of Ohm speakers I accumulated. I've owned the Walsh 4 speakers since about 1982 but my kids decided to blow them up back in the mid 90's. But I held on to them (thankfully) and recently upgraded them to Walsh 5000's. What you see here are comparisons between the Walsh 2, 4, and 5000 cabinets and drivers. I also owned 2 pair of Walsh 2's that were traded in toward the 5000 upgrade. So I basically ended up with Ohm Walsh 4 cabinets with all new Walsh 5000 drivers, wiring, and circuitry.
If you have never heard a Walsh speaker you really don't know what you're missing. Many reviewers have compared the 5000's to $12-15K speakers. Effortless, open, and dynamic, with a wide 3D sound stage, you'll swear you're sitting in the recording studio, concert hall, or whatever venue the recording is occurring in. Many years ago (1975) I owned a pair of the original Ohm F's and got hooked on the Walsh sound and I've been a believer ever since.
