Manuk is one of the AUA security guards. He helped me get into my building when I was locked out my first weekend there. It must have been the hottest night of the whole summer. I am really thankful for his patient assistance.

An AUA student group hosted the director (seated, in black) of the BBC documentary film, “Screamers.” The movie features the music group “System of a Down,” and deals with their efforts to increase awareness of the Armenian genocide. I saw the movie in Yerevan at the Moscow Cinema. For more on the film, visit <http://www.screamersmovie.com>.
