Torre Agbar
Near Plaza Diagonal, sits this building my friend and I called, unceremoniously, "the big dick" so I decided one day to go photograph this thing. I cannot believe my luck in being there on the night that a group of gentleman and a wizard were trying out new software and were actually running the buildings exterior lights from a laptop in a neighboring field, making it glow gold from the bottom to the top in sequence and timimg with the chiming of a church bell, then displaying the name of the building, then the time and/or temperature. It was a test run and I am sure it will get rave reviews when it is fully functional. Well worth the hour wait for darkness while I photo'd everything from graffitti to palm tree, to surrounding buildings.
