That's an AMD OEM heatpipe cooler with a plexy duct borrowed from a Zalman P4 HSF. The rear fan blows direct into the mouth of the duct.
No need to be scared of the dark with this PC around.
I bored a hole in the bottom of the chassis so the PSU can get nice, cool, outside air. Oh, and the case sits up about 3/4" off the desk to let it breath.
