The famous "Flaming Buddha" in Phitsanoluk. This is some background I found on a website "...what transforms it into something exceptional is the flame shaped halo around its upper part that is transformed into nagas by the armrests. This fourteenth century cast is the second most sacred Buddha in Thailand"
Ruins
Pictures of the King and his family are everywhere in Thailand. The people wear yellow shirts, since it is the color of the King. Everyone loves this guy. He is the longest ruling Monarch in Thailands history and is 81 yrs old if I remember correctly.
