This vehiclle is called an “auto”, short for autorickshaw. I did not try riding in one.
People here spend a healthy amount of time just sitting, doing nothing obvious. Kind of nice, I think. Some do nothing in groups. This fellow is going solo right now.

This is the front of the building where I was working. My office is out back, past two lines of security guards. I got scolded for having my camera out when we drove up. Security breach. There are fellows who spend all day in the elevator pushing the buttons for people. There are fellows who spend all day cleaning the not-very-big bathrooms. There were people who brought me tea and cookies multiple times a day and breakfast or lunch if I wanted it. It took me a while to get comfortable with being waited on. Never made it, entirely. My driver was surprised from the start when I asked to sit in the front seat.
Buses come in all colors. I think this is a private bus hired by one fo the big IT companies to get people to work.
Doing nothing, but with pals. Perhaps thinking about how to proceed with 6 feet and only one sandal.

While waiting at one of the few street lights, we see one wave of morning traffic revving up to join the fun. Two older folks are hoping the light lasts long enough for them to cross.

The government pays people to sweep the streets and sidewalks. They do it using hand-made brooms with no handles.
