OST starts with a large open space with audience seated in circle.
Some participants will be like a "butterfly" and move from session to session to provide their value.
At the "newsroom" we catch up with today's events. The butterfly and bumble bee symbolize some participants as they move among the sessions and provide value.
We start the session off with our expectations.
Get acquainted with the other's who voted with their feet.

You create the discussion topics by writing down your topic of interest.
Others writing down discussion ideas for the "marketplace".
Whatever topic you want to discuss you announce to the group.
A "marketplace" of ideas is established with times/locations of meeting spaces available. After writing down your discussion topic, you will post it on the wall.
Your ideas will be posted in the marketplace for all to see. You select your meeting time and place from the post-it note schedule on the wall.
