Plas Menai 2009
We encourage young sailors at any coaching event. We also run a dedicated youth coaching week, know as the Howard Davies Memorical Training Week. This is an dvanced race training course open to 10 or 12 young people aged 14 to 20 who actively race in GP14's, as helm or crew.
The event is currently run at Plas Menai, The National Watersports Centre for Wales, and is a fantastic opportunity to experience a week's professional coaching and establish lasting friendships with fellow youth sailors. The course is run at minimal cost to the participants and is mostly funded by the Association.
