Putting it together, takes about 45 minutes.
The moutain in the background is what I'm going to ride up - Mt. Tamalpais
Starts with a nice 4 mile ride along the bay north of Stinson Beach
400 feet up so far, the bay in the background
Up to 700 ft now. The climb is about 7 - 10% for miles
OK, here I am at about 1200 feet, entering the park. Note the Coast Redwoods (small in this pix)
Past the redwoods and lush area, at abt 2K ft.

Views of SF and the bay from about 2,200 ft, city in distance. Berkley on far left. Marin and Sausalito are populated areas about in center.
Hey, I did it! At 2,700 ft, fantastic views of SF, Oakland, Berkley and Marin. That's San Fran to my head's left, you can just make out the buildings. Right where the clouds stop is the Golden Gate Bridge.
The road heading down, a different route than up, 5 miles of DOWN!
30 MPH going down and very few guard rails (hope I tightened all the screws on the bike!)
Thru more big redwoods (that one took a hit!)
The beach below is where I'm parked (25 mile ride)
