from Acura RSX to Honda Integra - and lost 15% of the value of the car by doing so, haha
i rocked this sticker before ANYONE - i got it in the mail to attend Honda owners events in 2000, represent!
ass shot of my ride, still rockin' the temp tags since they can't figure out how to get my places from the tag agency..... lets check out that wing a little closer..............
hmmm, looks like carbon in the center....?
dada-dada-dada-DAAAAMN that's what the hell i'm talking about, semi-painted Seibon carbon wing with a red pinstripe to set it off!
no honda of mine will be without something MUGEN in it!
everything you see here cost just over$20.....
$8 can of VHT Wrinkle red vs $160 JDM red valve cover $3 can of silver import spray paint vs $80 JDM spark plug cover $3 can of gloss black vs $16 JDM dipstick debadged Acura A - $10 Honda H, red vinyl background strut tower bar got in trade for Acura wheel center caps! not paying for JDM and looking more original than your JDM'd DC5 Integra..... PRICELESS! haha - feel free to take any and all these ideas, glad to share them with the RSX community (not pictured: machined gunmetal oil cap)
Honda all the way! also check out the RAZO Carbon Fiber pedals - the same ones i rocked on my 1994 Integra had to go on my 2004 "Integra"!
my DC5 Integra Type-S door sill plates and custom made GG Bailey mats!
Xentec 6000K HID's that i FINALLY got to work! stupid vendor on eBay....
we in the U.S. call the 02-06 Acura RSX (DC5 model to replace the DC2 Integra we called the 94-01 Acura Integra).... check out the 18" RAYS Gram Lights 57S Pro wheels, 7.5" wide in the front and 9.0" in the back - why do that on a front wheel drive car? who knows, ask the previous owner who did that stupid shit! i sold these a few weeks after buying it, thank god....
good shot of what the $4800 A-Spec package adds to the RSX Type-S from the factory.... the JDM DC5 Type-R body kit and spoiler, track tuned springs and shocks (1" lower than stock), and new strut tower and rear stabilizer bars.... sold the spoiler and just got my Seibon carbon fiber DC5R spoiler!
my sad panda........ :D
land of the rising sun.... are we sure i'm ONLY 1/8th Japanese? i love these cars, wtf?!
close up on the gunmetal metallic housing headlights and white reflectors
another view of the new headlights, posterized
center console - my HTC TyTN II cell phone mount by ProClip, JVC KD-HDR1 HD Radio / MP3 headunit in "EXT IN" mode to play my new 80GB Zune through the Scosche bluelife bluetooth that was velcro'd to the dash, and cheap-o Wally World interior / exterior temp gauge -- oh, can't forget the custom cell phone stylus slot (grey "dot") just to the left of the temp gauge!!! note that there is only ONE cigarette lighter being used - the rest of the electronics are powered by a hard-mounted dual USB port and bluelife charger behind the glove box!
this picture adds my Escort Passport 9500i blue display radar detector on the dash.... back to the Scosche bluelife, note the cables come out of the tray below the headunit through a small hole - the Zune power cable, charger for the bluelife cradle -- the USB power cable for the cell phone comes from the bottom corner of the A/C panel.... the ProClip standard phone holder now swivels since it was mounted on the rotating A/C vent (see the untouched one to the far right of the A/C panel for reference)
