"I'm a bit of a "balance" freak, so I ended up duplicating the layer Weezing was on and then flipping it Horizontally. I then positioned both Weezing on either side of the Gate To Hell, and deemed the image weird but done. This photo meets requirement 5."

"Because I felt like there wasn't enough random things in the image to finish off, I threw in a photo of my bootlegged Pokemon toy Weezing. He's actually a pencil topper, but he has the most goofy face I've seen yet for a bootleg. Again, I just resized his image, cropping out the other Pokemon, and then erased the rest of his background. I also inverted his image too because purple didn't seem too "surprising" to look at, which is why he's now green."

"I then proceeded to erase the background surrounding the "Gate" so it would match (or at least not clash as much) with the new hodgepodge of images. I also used a soft brush for this to allow for any mistakes that would be painfully noticeable as "jaggies.""

"I have a feeling he'll probably be "wtf-ing" over this image when he sees it... Anyway, from this step, I took my earlier photo of the "Gate to Hell" and did a similar process - resized it to be small enough in the background so it seemed the road was leading to the door. However, the door was too dark to begin with, which meant it blended in the blackened background. As such, I inverted the image so it would be "white" instead of "black" (or a dark brown), which provided enough contrast with the ground."

"I started off with the S-curve background, creating a new mask layer for desaturating it. I then used my black paint brush, on a soft setting but a large size, to color in the distant background in an attempt to make the road "fade" out into darkness. The main motivation for doing this was so I could use the photo of my classmate, which was basically an underexposed shot of his face. From there, I just resized his head to put in the upper part of the background as a "floating," "happy" being."
