Justin McKenzie played an Elf "for one second" (per Bret). Some fans say he's in the Council of Elrond. If so, I think he's the Elf shown seated to the right of Elrond's elbow. It's just possible he's the 'other' unidentified Elf (see previous picture). It's also possible he's not in the Council of Elrond.
