Guan Yin Bodhisattva Blessing Ceremony
Buddha Jewel Monastery holds Sunday ceremonies on the second Sunday once a month and on special occasions. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in these meaningful events. The ceremonies are 2.5 hours long and consist of many services, includes Chanting the Sutra and prostrations to the Buddha, Grand meal offering to the Buddha, Blessing and Memorial Services, and Dharma Lectures by Celebrant Master. We finish by dedicating merits to all sentient beings with the hope that they will awaken to their pure nature and obtain inner peace and joy. The process also helps us purify our minds and develop our inner wisdom and compassion. After the Ceremonies, a delicious vegetarian meal is served.
