Media room. This was originally attic space above the master bedroom. We added floor joists, skylights and the window. The customer added a small kitchenette.

The previous picture was taken in the corner by the door. That door provides access behind all the components for the media system.
Our finish carpenter did all the trim, and a friend did the railing.
