"I don't see that effect on the high clouds now!! You must think I am crazy. It was very evident on my laptop computer, but not on the desktop. Probably if I downloaded the photo and adjusted the brightness or contrast, I could make rippling clouds come in."

"Several of these photos show an interesting pattern in the high clouds. At first glance, it seems like it is an optical phenomenon, like a rainbow, but looking closer the clouds seem to be arranged in a circular fashion with the sun at the center. Maybe the clouds are evenly distributed but something is making them to appear to have ripples, or waves."
