Buccaly the implant is placed 2-3mm below the gingival zenith

It's a good habit to clean the abutment several times in chlorhexidin and flush with salin, during the whole procedure

Protemp resin for temporary crown. Not shown here but very important to also bring Protemp around the abutment intra-orally.
After removal of impression over access of Protemp is visible.
Drill access to screwhole
Untighten Screw and remove carefully the protemp crown with the abutment attached to it.
Use (flow) composite to shape the abutment and temporary crown.
Polish and disinfect with chlorhexidine and flush with salin
Use a x-ray to check the proper seating of the abutment
Result after 1 week.
