Walk one was a circuit from Busquistar to Castaras, Notaez and return. Our guide for today was Jeremy Rabjohns.

Walk three - west along the Rio Trevelez from Busquistar. This is walk 9 in Jeremy Rabjohns' book 'Holiday Walks in The Alpujarra' hough we walked it in reverse direction.

After about 4km we begin the descent again back down to the Rio Trevelez

...to the bridge and another ruined mill. Afterward we climbed to Ferreirola and then onward to return to Busquistar.
Walk four started from Trevelez. After an exhausting climb up through the town itself the path strikes out north to the Rio Culo de Perro. This is walk 10 in Jeremy Rabjohns' book 'Holiday Walks in The Alpujarra'.
