Me, Vlad and Sara in Salamanca.
When I get to Valencia they were having some sort of procession.
It was kind of eerie.
This was in the middle of the botanical gardens. I have no idea what it is. Kinda looks like a bull?
This tree had a muffin top.
This kind of looks like an upside-down brush.
These guys take their pruning very seriously.
There was no one to take this picture so I had to set the camera on timer than jump the gate and run to the top of the stairs. Took me 5 fricking tries.
I almost fell on the way down the stairs.
These stairs are actually on the cieling. I have no idea why.
I thought this place looked really cool and got excited. Turns out it was a glorified fruit stand.
Jennifer and Karen (from Holland), who I met in Valencia
Can anyone tell me what this is? It was in a Fine Arts museum.
Spanish workers don't work very hard. For everyone I saw working there were another 3 standing around.
The door said "Dr. Jekyll". No just kidding.
I climbed to the very top!
Please don't break.
Another picture to scare my mother with.
I like this one better but you can't really see where I am.
I think I'm getting tired of churches already.
The sun had a weird corona (is that the right word? I associate it too much with beer now) in Valencia.
Me and the guys from Reverendo Moe.
Anna (roommate of the couchsurfer I stayed with in Tarragona) and I in front of a cool looking building.
No other street had their metal pylon things decorated except this one.
In Tarragona they take recycling very seriously. Which is good. There are big tanks under the ground to accept all the waste.
Drinking wine in Miralcamp. Anna's father was pro. I was not.
These snails were boiled the night before and then cooked with spices and chopped ham.
These snails were fried alive with salt, oil and cognac.
Anna (my host) and her friend Juan from Argentina.
The snail means the people are from Lleida, the capital of Catalan.
There are 1000 people living in Miralcamp. The name of the town comes from the fact that it's on a hill overlooking the fields.
I stayed in the second oldest house in the village. It was cool.
