Zach with a nice 14" just after sunrise. Took the buzzbait!
Kristen with her 1st fish of the evening. Wait, does 6" even count as a fish? Jason says to hold it towards the camera and it might look like a 2lb-er. Umm, well, nope.
2 casts later and a few inches bigger. She is even holding it all by herself. That, my friend, is progress.
3rd fish in about 20 minutes. She must have a good guide. This one is even a respectable size (13-14")
Sunset on the lake and the water finally calming down.
20.5" and full of eggs. Koda investigating as always.
The only other pictures I got of the big fish. She was 4.1lbs, healthy and strong. Took a 4" senko dropped shotted in about 15' of water near the corner of the dam.
Our camping spot and Kristen's thumb. Lots of sand and space.
Good view of lake. Nice shore and water access. Fire pit and picnick table included. Bathrooms not included.
Easy to put the boat in and out right next to our campspot.
Koda did this the entire way home. We blasted the radio and sang along and she didn't move an inch. At one point I even made Kristen check to make sure she was still breathing.
