Ugly and uncomfortble
After a bit more trimming it's ugly but cushy
The bottom layer is high density foam and the top layer is medium density memory foam.
Working on the third attempt I used an abrasive wheel on my drill to shape things up. I probably went back and forth to the bike with tests sits 30 times.
It's more symmetrical in person than the photos show.
Looking good and feeling good too. I would still like to go wider but I'll have to learn how to make a cover first.
Finally back on the bike for good. Well at least for awhile. I have ideas about using the lessons learned and doing a better job.
