"The lady sitting on the chair made it interesting to merge the photos because she could not resist moving. I basically had enough photos that I could still align them. The hallway is actually straight but appears to turn because it was had to take a picture without slightly changing the prespective in the narrow hallway."

"This is an interior panorama at the stanford mall. I didn't really want to carry my camera into the mall so I decided to hand hold the shots. This can actually be pretty hard when you have shaky hand and you are trying to make a panoroma. I set the ISO fairly high and hide a wide open aperture to aid in this. This shot was composed of about 5 pictures."

"The requirement was mad meets nature so I remebered a tree I saw when visiting my research advisor at his home. The shot was composed so that we can clearly see the road around the tree and the shadow of the tree gives a nice effect. I wanted the background to be slightly fuzzy so I used a low f-number. The ISO was low because it was a daylight shot and the exposure determined automatically."

"The shot was basically framed using the arches in the quad as a man made frame. The picture was cropped in photoshop to remove extra stuff on the side making the framing look better. I was standing pretty far away so I had to zoom in a lot which basically fixed the minimum f-number. I didnt really care about the depth of field in this case as the subjects of interest were close to the focal plane. The exposure was determined automatically and the ISO adjusted so that I can hand hold the shot."

"The shadows of the bars and the parallex on the shadows give a nice effect when looking at the verticlal vanishing points."
