Make sure to test all of the connection BEFORE doing this
Start applying heat and watch carefully because it gets hot fast

Nicely wrapped up tight and snug
Don't try to heat it too much or you'll burn the chip and/or yourself. This is plenty tight.
For connections like this you want to remember and put the tubing on BEFORE completing the solder connections.
