But no comparison to one that has the waterproofing on the surface instead of 2" below the floor tiles where that deck mud will be wet all the time under normal conditions. Besides no pre-slope, most have nothing protecting the weep holes so they get clogged when first installed and wouldn't drain even if there was a pre-slope. Third and worse mistake is puncturing the membrane when building the curb and leaving it. The curb is often the first thing to go."
