Hotel Chantelle located 92 Ludlow Stree92 Ludlow Street (212) 254-9100, just off Delancey Street, a place were the Hipster's go Clubbing in the shabby-chic, lower East side Manhattan neighborhood. "Hotel Chantelle" is not actually a hotel, there are three tiers, a club in the lower level, a bar on the main floor and a roof top 130 seat restaurant, a glass inclosure with a retractable roof. There is a view of the Williamsburg bridge you can see over looking the bar. The food is Mediterranean style, the service is first rate and the food is superb. The staff were genuinely friendly and personable, it is apparent they love working here and it shows.The head chief "Jeffery Kreisel" I remember from another eatery in the West Village "Mercadito" then onto the "Porter House" Steak House in midtown Manhattan. You couldn't help but notice Jeffery, with a look that belongs on the cover of GQ Mag. and he also can cook ladies.
