custom 40cm-wide Bike Fridy STI bars before mounting; internal AL shim on AL bars, with external AL clamping sleeve. finished with red loctite, although it probably didn't need it.
cable routing for Rohloff; up the seat-stay keeps cable from potential ground debris
the rohloff retrofit completed (rohloff 500/14 on a '09 salsa la cruz)
Rohloff retrofit, drive side (with chain tensioner); crank is a Sugino RD2 with a Spot 42t ring, mounted on a Phil Wood SS-BB 113R+5 for a perfect 54mm chainline.

Cyclesound 2.0 internals, draft, before final changes. The amp board is now fully suspended in roughly the same spot, the batteries have guides and holders, the cables have been tidied and fixed to the sidewall when possible, and the baffle now has polyfil on the non-electronics side. 2@100Wx24V via 2 7A batteries feeding 2 6x9s@4Ω each. roughly 2 hours of normal (loud) play time.
