Greeley Public Art
Since the beginning, communities have established their identities and reinforced common principles and symbols in their public places.
These projects entailed thoughtful, artistic structures which reflected community values, heroes and themes. Greeley's 1% for Art program, approved in 1998,
established a modest but deliberate mechanism to assure that significant public projects continue to invigorate the cultural identity of the community.
