Seam allowances are 1/2 inch insteand of 5/8.
Out of the envelope pattern looks like this.
No printing on these pattern pieces.
Rounded edges at hem.
Two small dots indicate where the pocket would go.
Button placket. Those double holes indicate where buttonholes go.
Collar stand. Three big holes in a row indicate "cut on folded edge."

Couldn't figure out at first where the collar goes -- inside the band or outside.
This is actually wrong. The Collar and stand go outside the band.
Trim one side to about 1/8 inch.
Finger press and stitch to make flat-felled seam.
