umm, see BOW?
duhhh ummm, anything open where WATER ENTERS? lololol these inside system MORONS don`t seal-repair any of these...ya CANNOT STOP water from entering the blocks/crawl/basement when you don`t seal this shit up baby
No parging, nothing on the exterior cracks and JOINTS,that will equal deteriorated blocks, joints and weaken the wall fooooooooool!
bowed
ehh, the ENTIRE FOOTING is FINE, isn`t what the inside Co`s told homeowners/they said footing has dropped/settled,needed piers etc...PFFFFTTT!
wood really comes in handy underground eh,more stupid shtt
newer gas line...now above grade but/next pic
nah, no reason to seal/patch the opening THEY left(screwdriver),where the old gas line entered
So just leave all these existing-defects OPEN eh B Dry/other inside knotheads? YOU say its NOT necessary to repair/waterproof the cracks, joints, deteriorated blocks huh,let them all get worse, allow water to continue to enter
http://www.bdry.com/faq.php#7 and see #9 as well.......they say unnecessary, doesn`t work etc
heavy-wet CLAY...its what fer dinner
tried to show some VOIDS under the back sidewalk, others were 5-6" voids....water can get UNDER concrete, can move-travel through the soil under the concrete or move easier through voids etc and right back up against basement/crawl walls and right through the cracks, joints etc
