Access Asia: Culinary Flavors of Asia
Our annual Access Asia cook-off was a major success. Hosted at the Viking Cooking School, this event featured 5 local Asian-owned restaurants. As guests and members of the Asian Chamber sampled their culinary talents, their dishes were put to a vote. Congratulations to Cafe Trang, winner of the 2009 cook-off!
