A community of 7 families per island lives all year long on more than 20 floating islands located 2 km offshore

Each island is as big as half soccer field, holds 8/9 traditional houses and is 2 mt. deep.
With no mantainence the island lasts no more than a month. A new layer of canes has to be put every 15 days.

Finally we made it to La Paz, highest city in the world. The city sits inside a valley from 3650 mt (city center) to 3980 mt (neighborhood of El Alto)
