And here's one we prepared ealier... The fireplace is gone and the view through to the front room.
Lets rip up the floor now!
Another religious ceiling
Wall is now lined and plastered. Ceiling repaired.

High quality wiring done by the previous owner. That runs across the top of what was the shower!

Wall framed up and ready for lining
First layer of lining on. MDF as the equivalent of matchlining (tongue and groove for walls). Another layer of thin MDF will go on top and then some coated hardboard for waterproofing.

Thats a big roof on a small truck. They got the roof and all four walls on that truck in one load.
