Humanitarian Aid Drop for orphans at Girl's School
Through one of our interpreters, I called the two nearest schools and asked the headmaster to give me a list of all the orphans in their school. I typed it up and counted the names (sadly, over 200).
A team of 3 of us (SGT Rivera, SPC Bullard and myself) picked up a truckload of school supplies, food aid, backpacks and toys and packed them up took them over to two girl's schools near our JSS and distributed them. 2nd Platoon (SFC Frey, SSG Cattone, SGT Simmons, etc.) pulled security for us while we handed them out.
