This is Boba Fett's main blaster used in Star Wars - Return of the Jedi. It is based on the 1916 Webley & Scott Mark I Flare Gun as with the earlier version used in Star Wars - Empire Strikes Back. I have tried to be as accurate as possible by studying the many photos of the original prop and the high end replicas available online. The blaster appears in the film as part of Boba Fett's costume but it is most noticed during a fight scene for a mere 7 seconds where he attempts to use it on Luke Skywalker when it is promptly cut in two by Luke's lightsaber. Han Solo, while still temporarilly blinded from carbonite freeze, then accidentally hits Boba Fett's rocket pack sending Fett into the huge sand monster meeting his assumed fate. Model includes the original Webley & Scott flare gun for comparison.
